Each apartment is already set up with internet and is $50/month that will be added to the monthly rent. There is no way to opt out of choosing to have internet. Garage parking is an additional $100/month per spot and there is currently a waiting list. Utilities Included: Water/Sewer Snow/Lawn Care Utilities Not Included: Electricity/Gas Amenities: Apartment has in unit washer and dryer. Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, over the range microwave and within walking distance to downtown Northfield Pet policy allows up to 2 animals in the apartment. Each animal will be required to be fully vaccinated. A copy of vaccinations are to be provided to management before the animal may live on the property. Each animal moving into the home will be required to have a 1x nonrefundable pet fee of $250 per animal along with a monthly pet rent fee of $50/month per animal that will be living in the home.
