Garage parking is an additional $110/month per spot. There is a waiting list as there is not enough parking onsite for each unit Each apartment is already set up with internet and $60/month that will be added to the monthly rent. Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, over the range microwave and within walking distance to downtown Northfield Pet policy allows up to 2 animals in the apartment. Each animal will be required to be fully vaccinated. A copy of vaccinations is to be provided to management before the animal may live on the property. Each animal moving into the home will be required to have a 1x nonrefundable pet fee of $350 for the first animal and $150 for the 2nd animal along with a monthly pet rent fee of $50/month per animal that will be living in the home.
