It's just me and one of my best friends in there currently. Deposit is $500 and due six weeks from move-in date. The common areas are the kitchen, living room, theater room, large laundry room with additional storage area with washer and dryers and bathrooms as well as spacious shared parking in the back (fits about 6 cars).
