Comfortable living, dining and kitchen shared with me, my daughter, four cats, and two guinea pigs. Single 10 x 10 room for rent with a shared bathroom. Home has cats and guinea pigs No companion pets allowed. No smoking / vaping No drugs House rules will be discussed and mutually agreed upon. Month to Month agreement Required first and last months rent plus an $800 security and cleaning deposit $60 application fee per adult Rent is for a single occupant and includes w/s/g, electric, internet and a few streaming services. An additional occupant may be considered for an additional $200 a month.
