The Family Room sits at the rear of the home overlooking the golf course and lake with a large Smart TV, One large sofa and one loveseat. Both are electronic and offer fully reclining and multiple positions and electronic headrests as well as charging stations and reading lights. The formal Living Room boosts high vaulted ceilings and the formal Dining Room comfortably seats eight. The second story offers a large bedroom with a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom offering a tub/shower combination and single vanity. Additionally located on the second floor you will find a loft overlooking the formal living room with water views. Any executive would enjoy working at this desk and office setup with high speed internet and wireless printing and scanning. This is not your typical office, it comes with a high end massage chair with Bluetooth speakers to soothe away any work stress or body aches after a round of golf. The stunning Kitchen offers an array of features from quartzite countertops, oversized peninsula that seats four and a secondary breakfast bar.
