There is an empty lot adjacent to the house and the backyard overlooks an open space over Donner lake rim trail. There are great views out of both the front and back side of the house. The back deck has a hot tub and the owner will pay for up to 1 monthly maintenance visit if the tenants choose to use it. There is easy access to Donner lake rim trail from the back yard. Tahoe Donner cross country and downhill ski areas are a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Truckee is a 15 minute drive from the house. Tenants get access to Tahoe Donner amenities including the rec. center and Donner lake beach. Tenants must comply with Tahoe Donner HOA rules.
