    3bd 2 1/2 bath. We love our home and circumstances have us moving near the area, but we were building this home as our forever home. What this means is that within this last year we have replaced a full roof, all triple pane windows, and new paint. Within the last 2-3 years, replaced new tankless water heater, furnace, and AC. It is a very nice open concept when you walk into the living room and there is a downstairs entertainment room. Corner lot means we have a large back yard with ample room to play and a shed for storage. Garage allows 2 cars, driveway allows 3 cars, and ample street parking. Its a great neighborhood with both elder and new families that walk the neighborhood. Elementary and Middle Schools are less than a 1/4 in Northshore School District. Also easy access to public transportation and highways. Evergreen Hospital is less than 5 minutes away and you are centrally located to downtown Kirkland, downtown Bothell, and downtown Woodinville without accessing the highway. Safeway, Trader Joes, Whole Foods is less than 3 miles away. We may be out of the house prior to Nov 1, so we would allow early move in without extra rent. 6month lease minimum, no smoking, parking available in garage, driveway, and street parking. Tennant responsible for all utilities (gas, water, electricity, sewage, trash, etc...)
