We both finished graduate programs Spring 2021, and need to relocate for work. The rooms are unfurnished and spacious! Pictures of them furnished are included for size reference. The apartment is a short walk from Alfred’s, Jon & Vinny’s, Pizzana, etc. Bedroom 1 is available 12/30, Bedroom 2 is available NOW. $1,050/each. Both bedrooms (and new roommates) would share the larger and nicer bathroom; no on-site parking currently available, but there’s so much street parking in this neighborhood. The third, roommate is a fantastic guy. He travels a lot for work but is very kind and clean.
