Also, water and trash are paid by the landlord and the tenant, you, would pay the gas and electric. The apartments have air conditioning and all have heaters as well. The buildings also have a pool, BBQ, laundry facility, parking, tram stop to school, and just one block away from campus on the north (good) side of USC!! An excellent location at a price better than most with newly white painted apartments and new or professionally cleaned carpet. If you would like to be considered for an apartment, please find attached the application to be filled out thoroughly (one for each tenant), sign at the bottom, and email back to me with a copy of your USC Id's and drivers licenses/passports. (Note: It is important to fill out ALL SECTIONS/BOXES for the building owner to approve your application.
