The apartment has air conditioning and heater as well. The building also has a pool, BBQ, laundry facility, parking, tram stop to school, and just one block away from campus on the north (good) side of USC!! An excellent location at a price better than most with newly white painted apartments and new or professionally cleaned carpet.
