It is also approximately 1.4 miles to Carlsbad Village, a 6-minute drive or a 30-minute walk. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. The hot tub is on demand and included in the nightly rate. Pool heat is not available from November 1st to April 1st. Security cameras are located outside of the garage.
