The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric stove, oven, large sink, and a large fridge/freezer (space is shared between roommates). Each roommate has designated cupboard space and there are communal dish racks. This is a sublease/transfer of lease through 90007 Rentals. The sublease will last January 14th, 2025 or move-in date, whichever is later, until July 25th, 2025. At this point you may choose to renew your lease with 90007 Rentals independently.
