Please be aware: Property has space heaters in every room and baseboard heaters in the kitchen, but no central heat. There are exterior stairs between floors and between the house and the primary bathroom (you could get rained on when going between the kitchen, your bedroom, and the shower). During periods of heavy rain, tarps may need to be installed on the porch rails to prevent water penetration to the lower floors.
