Candidly this is a beautiful space which is usually used very differently. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is working in Port Angeles (Example: Frontline Essential workers) and who wants to experience comfort and a little luxury without having to pack it. Oh the view! There is even a piano in the unit. ALL UTILITIES AND WIFI INCLUDED! Absolutely no smoking in the apartment. Outside is ok but you police your own butts. Reasonably low noise and foot traffic appreciated. Our guests have raved about the COMFORT OF THE BED! This is tentatively a short term rental depending on how the world balances itself. With the right renter it could be longer. There is no off street parking and absolutely no backing down the alley or parking in front of the apartment. (You will understand if you see it) The place has no stove or oven yet there is a hot plate and many plug in apparatus to cook fine meals of the same caliber. Microwave provided
