A stairway leads up to the main, open living area. There is a coat closet at the top of the stairs, and the living and dining areas are connected by an over sized counter top/kitchen area (shotgun style). Off the dining area is a balcony overlooking the courtyard and San Elijo Hills Park. There is also a half bath with a sink off the dining area. The third floor has two bedrooms, each with its private bathrooms. The bedrooms are connected by a long hallway, so noise is not an issue. At the top of the stairs is a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The entire home is forced air controlled with a great working AC, necessary for the summers. There are also ceiling fans in both living spaces and master bedroom which Is great because it allows the movement of ocean breeze and saves on home cooling costs. The home has good sound proofing and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. We have owned the home for four years but moved out of state due to work relocation. I am extremely responsive to my tenants and cater to any needs that come up. I work with two great handy men and a plumber in the area. Communication is handled through phone, text, or email.
