    UPDATED 8/1/25 at 9/1/25: am accepting messages for the SPARE ROOM ONLY, 10/4 my current renter taking over the master room until jan. 1, 2026, so the SPARE ROOM will be available for rent (king size bed in it & furnished) $550 cash for it per month.(subject to change if my 2nd renter decides to extend their work contract, i won't know till mid september* MASTER BEDROOM IS OCCUPIED NOW 8/1/25 until jan. 1, 2026. (LGBTQ+ very friendly) -NO Section 8 Vouchers allowed -NO pets allowed -NO Illegal Drugs allowed -NO drinking/smoking allowed -No criminal history allowed REQUIREMENTS: -MUST be a clean person -MUST help out with all yardwork and inside cleaning!! -MUST have a Fulltime job ONLY (WILL NOT accept anyone on SSD/SSI!!) -MUST be reliable person -MUST provide 6 months or longer for Work Pay stubs -MUST not have a bad credit history and PROVIDE proof via free credit report online!! -MUST provide 2-3 past Land lord contact information to provide to me Security Deposit of $500. 1st of every month RENT money will be due in cash only of $600 PLUS ALL utilities be due every month *1 year Lease MUST be signed, dated and we do it in front of a Notary. the Lease will be drawn up with you and me together, i'll type it up to what's agreed Upon and will be printed off at a store on paper to be signed after all proof i require of you is shown and copied as proof about you as the Renter. Also WILL BE REQUIRED to help out on electric and gas bill on high demand if more then usual due to extra consumption ACCESS TO: -house is all furnished!!
