Neighborhood: Local police officers don't recall any significant crime that has occurred in the last decade. The neighbors on either side of the home have 1.5 acre lots. They are older couples with adult kids that only come by every once and a while. This makes for a private location close to all the local excitement Location: The apartment is located less than 2 miles from downtown Saratoga, ~8 miles from Ballston Spa, ~12 miles from Global Foundaries, & ~ 8 miles from the Kesselring Site (Navy Prototype). Storage: The property has a barn on site with 150 sq ft stalls for outdoor storage (included in the rent price). The stalls have dirt floors but there are pallets available to place items on if needed. The storage space is perfect for camping gear, large tupperware containers, outdoor equipment, dirt bikes, 4-wheelers, etc. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
