This two bedroom-two bath apartment is located in a renovated mill building (Factory Square). The exposed brick and wood beam ceilings provide a warm cozy feel. The location is in-town and a very short walk to restaurants, shops and local attractions on the Mystic River. The apartment has a bright and spacious living room, dining room and fully applianced kitchen (refrigerator, self-cleaning range, combo microwave range hood, dishwasher and disposal). The master bedroom has a full master bath (tub & shower) and the second bedroom has a full bath (shower only) adjacent to bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning, an on-site laundry and one on-site parking space(second space available for additional resident for $45 per month parking fee). The total move in costs are a security deposit (equal to one months rent) plus one months rent in advance plus a $30 application fee. We do accept small pets and residents are required to sign a pet amendment and pay $250 upfront non-refundable pet fee plus an additional $50 per month in pet rent.
