Central heat and air conditioning an on-site laundry and one on-site parking space(second space available for additional resident for 45 per month parking fee). The total move in costs are a security deposit (equal to one months rent) plus one months rent in advance plus a 30 application fee. We do accept small pets and residents are required to sign a pet amendment and pay 250 upfront non-refundable pet fee plus an additional 50 per month in pet rent.
