This is a duplex. Front unit (A Starfish Place), and back unit (B - Sand Dollar Place) are 1bed/1bath same layout (both can accommodate 4 adults comfortably and one child). Upon availability great for multiple family to rent both units. On-site parking. The front unit (A) parking is in front of the building. Back unit (B) on the side of building in the driveway. SLEEPING Unit B Sand Dollar Place 1 bedroom Queen Bed with 27" TV, In Living area there is a Serata Sleeper (see pictures its comfy and pulls to a queen size bed without the folding of a lumpy mattress or metal bars in your back all night). Livingroom has an ottoman that opens and pulls out to a bed (accommodates a child). KITCHEN New - appliances, cabinets, countertops, etc. Includes Dishwasher, stove, above range microwave, Keurig coffee pot, toaster, blender, plenty of cookware and dining wares. OUTDOOR SPACE Nice size back patio entry from outside or living room sliding door. There is night lighting, patio table, umbrella, and 6 chairs. Charcoal BBQ (shared between both units). BEACH SUPPLIES Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys in deck box. These items are shared between the two units. Cooler backpack & beach towels in unit. PARKING On-site parking. The front unit (A) parking is in front of the building. Back unit (B) parking in on side in the driveway.
