Less crowded but still many restaurants are within walking distance and central to all beaches. Quaint 500 sq ft space with keyless entry. We are a small 2-unit duplex, not a big condo complex, creating a private experience for our guests. Group stays: Two units each with 1-bedroom 1-bath. This is a duplex. Front unit (A Starfish Place), and back unit (B - Sand Dollar Place) are 1bed/1bath same layout (both can accommodate 4 adults comfortably and one child). Upon availability great for multiple family to rent both units. On-site parking. The front unit (A) parking is in front of the building. Back unit (B) on the side of building in the driveway. SLEEPING Unit A Starfish Place 1 bedroom Queen Bed with 27" TV, In Living area there is a trundle bed with two twin beds (can separate), Livingroom has an ottoman that opens and pull out to a bed (accommodates a child). KITCHEN Includes Dishwasher, stove, above range microwave, Keurig coffee pot, toaster, blender, toaster, plenty of cookware and dining wares. OUTDOOR SPACE Quaint front sitting area 2 chairs & small side table. Charcoal BBQ (shared between both units). BEACH SUPPLIES Beach chairs, beach toys in deck box. *Umbrellas may or may not be available due to the frequent damage to the umbrellas. Cooler backpack & beach towels in unit. These items are shared between the two units. PARKING On-site parking. The front unit (A) parking is in front of the building. Back unit (B).
