There is lockable storage and coin-op washer & dryer in the heated finished basement. The apartment also includes 2 off street parking spots behind the house. I do have the driveway plowed (but you must take care of you own spot.) There is also a nice yard for you to relax in during the good weather along with a small deck off the 2nd floor. It is located close to Rt 495 and tax free shopping in NH. It is approximately 1 mile from the train station. Heat Electric and Hot Water are included in the rent 1390/month. Non smoking/no pets of any kind. After completing the application and showing proof of income I do a complete credit/background check on anyone over 18 who will be living in the apartment. There is a 40 fee for each person but if you pass and take the apartment I take the total off the 1st month's rent.
