You can look at our website to see the floor plan layouts, however the finishes are not represented on the website, just the floor plan layout. Our rent prices vary by Loft $850-$1,400. All rents includes all utilities except phone, internet and cable. We are a Manhattan Loft style apartment building . We are a pet friendly building, a one time non-refunable pet fee of $250 1st pet and $100 2nd pet is required with vaccination records and a spay/neuter certificate on file and landlord approval prior to the animal being brought to the building. We are a completely smoke free building, this is STRICTLY ENFORCED. We have a no charge laundry room available to tenants which is located on the 1st floor. We are a secure building with a keypad access to enter the building. All of our leases are 12 month leases. We do not have parking available at this time, we do have a waiting list. If we have a parking spot open up it's an additional $65 per month. All Loft showings are by appointment only, as we have tenants in all of our Lofts and need to provide at least 24 hours notice. There is a parking garage just down the street that several tenants utilize. Please keep in mind that the Lofts are a first come first serve based on application approval, credit check, criminal background check, a signed lease and a security deposit paid (equal to one and a half month's rent).
