We are a completely smoke free building, this is strictly enforced. We have a no charge laundry room available to tenants which is located on the 1st floor. We are a secure building with a keypad access to enter the building. All of our leases are 12 month leases. We do not have parking available at this time, we do have a waiting list. If we have a parking spot open up it's an additional $65 per month. All Loft showings are by appointment only, as we have tenants in all of our Lofts and need to provide at least 24 hours notice.
