Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, with smoking or vaping only allowed outside. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. We use smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Pets are not allowed, with a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. For your safety and ours, there is a camera in the entryway to the condo, not in any of the living areas. Winter weather is unpredictable, and we do not offer weather-related refunds, so purchasing travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
