Walkable to GSU, GATech, Deloitte, KPMG, Switchyards, Centennial Olympic Park, Marriott, Hilton, Grand Regency Hyatt. Pretty much brand new refrigerator, new hardwood floors, new marble flooring in bathroom, gigantic closets. Apartments next door are $1600 at Century Skyline and $1900 at the Office. Those are inflated from corporations; rent from a owner. Please do not contact me about AirBnB the building does not allow AirBnB at all. Rent covers everything except utilities (which run $~120).
