You have your own bathroom, but you share a kitchen and laundry with two other rooms. I am paying $1,005 a month for a room I am not using. Looking to sublease it out for the remaining months (through July 2021). Asking for $900/mo, but I am willing to negotiate. All utilities included, you pay nothing except the $900/mo. I may be able to get you free parking, else parking is about $400 for a semester.
