    Vacant and ready to move in. It's the third house down at the end of the driveway. No previous evictions or evictions filings allowed. Dogs or cats welcome! Non-smoking. This home is very small, completely separate home. Ugly on the outside, cute on the inside. Small, private fenced side and back yards, but no grass. 2 bedrooms...1 bedroom is tiny, can only fit a twin-sized bed. Second bedroom is much larger. Very small living room and kitchen. Two window a/c's, (one in master bedroom, one in living room). Tiny bedroom has ceiling fan. One wall heater in hallway. Includes Stove and Refrigerator. There are Washer/Dryer hookups. We have an old set you can use, but when it breaks down you have to get your own machines or fix the old ones. Cats and dogs welcome, but no aggressive breeds, as per Allstate insurance policy approval. Check with property manager to see if your breed is allowed. Two pets total max. No pet deposit required, but rent is increased $40 per month per pet. Shed in back yard for storage. One parking space in driveway, in front of your house. Your other cars would have to be parked on the street. Newly painted and cleaned interior, laminate flooring, miniblinds. No utilities provided. Tenants responsible for gas, electric, trash, water, cable, etc. Water is billed separately by property manager. Not a part of rent. To qualify, you need to provide 8 months of cancelled checks to prove you paid your last property manager/owner. Do not apply if you do not have proof. No exceptions required. We also require 8 month's of bank statements to prove income. Renter's insurance required. We do not run your credit report. 8 month's pay stubs required as well. Bank account required and it must have been established for at least 8 months. All proposed residents aged 18 or older must fill out a separate application. Copy of photo ID required. No credit check. No application fee. Text or call for info between the hours of 8:30 am to 7 pm only. Can email for info at any time. Located on south side of street, just one block south of Huntington Dr., west of Myrtle Ave. Front two houses are rented out. Please do not disturb tenants. Park outside on street and walk in to view. We look forward to hearing from you! Tenant pays all utilities including trash, a portion of the monthly water/sewer bill. Tenant is responsible for maintaining their own yard. Tenant to obtain and maintain renters insurance for a minimum of $40,000 personal property and a $100,000 for liability.
