Even though it's attached to the house by the roof it also is completely independent from the main house. The price we have it listed for includes water, electricity and Internet service. Please notice before inquiring that we have a zero pet policy! The pictures on the listing were taken before the last renter stayed so there could be some small differences but most of it is exactly at its showed on the photos. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. No big reunions allowed. No walking around the property outside of the limits stablished allowed. No high volume music or loud noises allowed. The security deposit would be returned after checking all the details and make sure no damages were done anywhere around the property. The renter has 2 parking spots designated when the agreement is signed. The renter has to take its trash to the trash cans on the very front of the property. Please make sure no solids are thrown through the sewer lines! Ours is a septic system very easy to clogged with paper, food, etc. That's why we ask adamantly for the renter to make sure that not solids are going to be going down the sewer! This is a month to month rental agreement. We will notify the renter with 30 days in advance when we need him or her to vacate the property. After that period of time the renter has no right to stay on our property!
