If you need to use the hard key, please return it to the lockbox before departing to avoid a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible. If any furniture is moved, please return it to its original place before departure.
