This discount can be provided either as a monthly credit or a lump-sum payment, and we'll handle that directly with you in a simple written agreement once Avalon approves the lease transfer. At the end of the lease term, you'll have the option to renew directly with the Avalon at a price determined by Avalon; however, the monthly discount applies only through June 19, 2026. Another big perk: since we've already paid a $300 security deposit to Avalon, the new tenant will receive that $300 back at move-out (provided that Avalon has no reason to withhold it).
