House renovation should be completed by February 12, 2021. At or near that date interior pictures will be posted and a date set for in person viewing of the home. You can email me to receive a rental application. Rent is $2350.00 per month with a $50.00 flat fee per month for water and trash collection. Move in cost will be first month's rent plus $1000.00 security deposit. There is no application fee. No smoking.
