There is a non-refundable Shared Services Fee which is $75/mo and is included in the base rent. This covers common costs including trash collection, City provided water and sewer, weekly common area cleaning, and all landscape maintenance and snow removal work. Tenants are responsible for personal separately metered utilities which include OPPD (Electricity), MUD (Gas), and optional internet service. Tenants are responsible for all care and cleaning of their own apartments including taking their trash to the common dumpster. Our Leases are typically 12-month leases, but that can vary. We are a smoke-free, and drug-free community. Off-street parking with eleven stalls is available. While stalls are not designated, there generally should always be one stall available for each driving resident of the Apartments. Guest parking is available nearby. USPS mail delivery is provided to a Cluster Mail Box located near the street.
