Whether you are staying for a couple of days on a business trip or need a place to stay while visiting family, this home is sure to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Minutes from downtown Cary, multiple parks and greenways, top restaurants and breweries, this location is about as good as it gets! The space The house is situated on 1/3 acre lot with plenty of yard space for your dog(s)! The master bedroom with on-suite master bathroom is spacious and comfortable with a queen size bed and large dresser to unpack into. The second bedroom features a full bed with a small office desk and monitor available for all of your work from home/travel needs. The second bathroom is accessed in the hallway and has a tub/shower perfect for kids or adults. The living space is split into a size-able entry way with shoe storage, a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a piano, a secondary small living space with the tv and french doors to be able to close off the space, a large laundry with all sorts of amenities, a spacious kitchen with everything needed to make a nice meal, and a 6 seater dining area which is great to fit a large group of people around or sit down and get some work done. The house has plenty of windows letting lots of sunlight in and allowing you to experience the charming nature filled neighborhood around you. The backyard features a charcoal grill and four seat outdoor dining set placed on a nice patio. The back door also opens directly in to the fenced in backyard making it perfect for having kids and pets go in and out of the house. Access Guests will have full access to the whole house and property except the following areas - The third bedroom is locked for owner storage, the master bedroom closet is locked for owner storage, and the garage is locked and not available for use. Every other room and outside space is usable at the guest's will. Other things to note Pet fee $100/month Small dogs under 30 lbs are allowed with a limit of two per booking. If your dogs are over 30 lbs please reach out to us for approval! Your dogs must be house trained, any indoor accidents will result in an extra cleaning fee. You must also be able to keep your dogs off of all furniture - in an effort to keep this home friendly for all guests including those with allergies, we ask that you keep your dogs off of all the furniture. Dog feces must be cleaned up by the guests whether in the yard or in the neighborhood. We are happy to host your pets but we do ask that you do your best to respect the property and neighbors! Owner pays all utilities. Pets allowed with prior approval and extra fee of $100/month. Absolutely no smoking whatsoever. Off road parking available.
