The house includes a washer and dryer on site, an ADT system, a front porch, and a side and back yard. Sharp Flats, LLC, is a student rental company. We will not rent to anyone who is not available to provide proof of their current status as a student. STUDENTS ONLY. Tenants are responsible for rent and all utilities (electricity, gas, water, and sewage). Deposit & first month's rent due prior to move-in. No smoking allowed.
