While technically a one-bedroom, it's not your typical one bedroom rental. This pet-friendly, basement MIL unit is 1,100 square feet and includes a washer/dryer, large closet spaces, and a ton of extra storage. There's room in the garage for a bike or two as well. A private side entrance leads you to a staircase and the dining and kitchen area. Your full capacity washer and dryer are here, and full refrigerator (both new in 2023) next to a bathroom with shower. This dining and kitchen area is about 500 sq ft.
The other half of the rental unit is about 600 square feet. This living area has a smart TV with Roku, egress window, and living room. Two spacious, recessed storage/closet spaces are behind curtains.
Ceiling height is generous at 83 inches most places and one soffit of 72 inches over the dining table.
It's currently partially furnished, including dressers, smart TV and stand, two living room chairs, dining set with 4 chairs, bookshelf, and kitchen supplies. I can flex either way depending on the needs of my next tenant, put in a bed and couch or move out some of current furnishings.
This Broadview neighborhood is close enough to Ballard, Fremont and other bustling North Seattle neighborhoods, but far enough to be quiet, safe, and always have street parking. I love it here!
The beautiful Carkeek Park is only 5 minutes away and views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountain Range peak from every intersection nearby.
The most amazing Thai food is Chada Thai, only three blocks away. Even closer, is the Broadview Taphouse with rotating food trucks and indoor or outdoor seating. Diva Espresso (a Seattle favorite) is less than a mile south and major shopping is also close in the Crown Hill or Greenwood neighborhoods.

TENANT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:
1) to accept the dwelling "as is"
2) to keep shared areas clean: patio, driveway
3) dispose of waste in accordance to Seattle City policy
4) not to paint the dwelling without first getting written permission from the Owner.
5) to park motor vehicles legally and to keep that space clean of oil drippings and grease. Street parking only, not driveway. Street parking is easy and available on this block, almost always right in front of the house
6) not to smoke or allow guests to smoke inside the house or on the property. This includes marijuana.
7) to allow Owner to inspect the dwelling, work on it, or show it to prospective tenants at any and all reasonable scheduled times or any time in an urgent matter.
8) to pay for repairs of all damage, they or their guests have caused.
9) to take special care of the original 1940's bathroom , cleaning and air flow
DOG STUFF
10) care properly for dog: walks, medical care, ensure no separation anxiety when you're gone (crating if needed)
11) report and clean up pet accidents in the unit
12) keep dog leashed in front yard of property and gates closed when unleashed in the backyard
13) clean up dog feces and dispose of properly
14) report and repair or replace any dog damage to yard or unit , do not allow digging
