Prime location, walking distance to the Ballona Creek bike path which leads to the beach, MDR-Playa Del Rey. I ride my beach cruiser to Manhattan Beach on the weekends. Close to several highway entrance 405 S and N , 90 freeway as well. Down the street /near by: from beautiful Playa Vista, MDR, Playa Del Rey, DT Culver City, Venice, Santa Monica, LMU, SMC. Ten Minutes from the LAX airport. Pacific Division Police Department down is around the corner. Such a great location and lovely single with lots of privacy. It is small but perfect for the right tenant. I will pay for utilities and Wi fi Will provide some storage space in the garage which is right next to the unit. Dogs are welcome but must be a clean and a responsible dog owner, no barking loud dogs. Lots of parking on the street available, no smoking at all . Backyard use, may BBQ have family and friends but must be respectful of the property. But must always clean after any gatherings. No partying strangers allowed in the property. Long term preferred after lease.
