The apartment is across the street from Lake Washington and in the middle of the Landings, so there are plenty of restaurants, bars, a gym, target, lowes, and petsmart all within walking distance. The apartment is on the first floor and has a walk out patio to the court yard area. It also includes a washer & dryer and electric fire place. The total price includes 3 parking spaces in the parking garage, a large storage unit in the basement, and pet rent. I'm not sure if the leasing office will let you adjust these amenities or not. I have paid both a deposit and pet deposit on this unit which I am willing to sign over to you. You must apply through the apartment and they must approve the resident transfer. Rent includes 3 parking spaces, large storage unit, and pet rent. Tenant pays utilities. New tenant must be approved my apartment. I'll sign over my deposit and pet deposit.
