I'm looking to sublet my apartment while I'm moving to Daytona (my job has transferred me). I can take my time moving, if you'd like to utilize the furniture - otherwise, I can have it all out and empty by June 6th. My lease ends October 10th, so that's when the sublease would end. You are more than welcome to continue living there, though - it's a great complex. It's a 1/1, laundry in-unit. Appliances include: central heat/air, d/w, stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, etc. The bedroom closet is rather large, the laundry room/closet has some upward storage, and there is a storage closet in the hall as well. Other than that, the pantry is rather big, and there's tons of cabinets/space for things as well. My specific apartment faces the pool/grassy area (I love that I don't face a parking lot, or the road). My apartment also gets very little direct sun (it rises on the other side of the building, and my side of the building has the trees and such). The neighbours on my floor (3 apartments) are also very nice, quiet, and not around very often (the best kind!). 925 BASE Rent + 30 Trash + 20 Cable = 975 Rent
