The Community offers large sugar pine trees providing an abundance of shade, oversized lots, and dedicated RV section with lighted RV Pedestals. The community has a common area located at the back of the park with a gazebo where residents can gather. There are three park entrances, privacy fencing around the community, 2 car driveways on each lot and a school bus stop at the entrance. The Community enjoys convenient access to employment and shopping in the Beaumont-Port Athur Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) and is only one hour from the entertainment and casinos of Lake Charles, Louisiana.
