Is a shared property with 2 apartments in the basement below with their own alley access. Huge shared grass yard. Lawn maintenance is also included. Unit also has a functioning Gas Fireplace in the living room! Will accept pets less than 45 lbs., and with previous verifiable rental history. 1 pet Max. All utilities included except internet. Application process is free, and heavily emphasizes recent rental/ownership history, as well as income/employment. We may ask for supplemental information such as proof of income. We do require household income to be at least 2.5x monthly rent. Upon application approval, we require a deposit equal to 1.5x monthly rent, as well as any applicable move in pet fees, to remove the unit from the market. We them ask to sign a lease within 24 hrs of that point. The next payment due is 1st month's rent due @ move in or the 1st day if the lease, whichever comes first. We do require a non-refundable $350 move in fee per pet, and an additional $45/month in pet rent per pet.
