We built a rain garden and previous tenants built a raised bed and planting areas in the backyard. Lots of room for your green thumb. Great location -- near Tutta Bella in Wallingford. On bus lines for University of Washington, Ballard and downtown, plus easy walking distance from numerous local shops, restaurants, bars and QFC. Similarly, we're looking for a tenant who is respectful about sharing a building. * There's a nice yard where we've removed all the weedy grass and installed a rain garden, garden beds and the previous tenant made a raised vegetable bed. If you like to tinker around in a garden, there's room to tinker. * The parking spot in front of the house is relatively small. Sedans and station wagons fit, but a bigger vehicle may not.
