Now, the upstairs includes a bathroom with a shower, a landing for bookshelves, dressers or desk and about a 10x35' room. Additionally, we took a room downstairs that includes a small kitchen/living room, about 8x10. This is the entry to your unit. It has a ceiling fan. There is an under counter refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven and a two-burner cooktop. This loft suite is in the hills above downtown Redding. It is a quiet, walking neighborhood. The original house was built in the 1930's but the bi-level loft was completed in 2015 and is a compact unit of about 630 sq.ft. The large upstairs room is carpeted and has a skylight. It is well insulated but still has an air conditioner for some of the warmer days in Redding. There are two 110 wall heaters. There is a washer and dryer to share with the downstairs tenant. There is a private entrance through the back gate that has a deadbolt. There is a separate storage room in the garage and is about 10'x10' with its own entrance. The back yard can be shared by both tenants, however, the downstairs tenant has a huge side patio, and this unit has its own back patio. There is a lot between the carriage house and the alley that is open. The back yard has a 6' wooden fence with gates that have keyed dead bolts. All exterior doors have security doors. Comfort and security are important to us and we feel that this would be a great place for a quiet, private person. The two units split the City of Redding utilities. This is Non-smoking. A pet may be considered. An additional pet deposit would be required. Zillow has an application you may use, but I also have my own application.
