The bedroom includes a full-size bed, quality sheets, and a large closet. Additional features include 24-hour contactless check-in, a gym, and parking. This apartment is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway, business trip, or family gathering. Nearby parks include O'Neil Park, Squaw Creek Park, and Inis Grove Park, and it's just a 3-minute drive to Downtown Ames. Enjoy the vibrant local scene with artsy coffee shops, funky food trucks, and hotspots like Provisions Lot F, Cafe Diem, Cellar 626, Stuart Smith Park, and Time Out Arcade Bar just moments away. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property. Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, with a warning issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. All guests must be registered, and maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Do not move furniture, decor, or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed, and the host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint is allowed, and any added decor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. The unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance. Occasional noise from neighboring units may occur, and routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. Tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation. Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee. Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy, but connectivity is not guaranteed. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay, and excessive messes or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. Construction or city maintenance near the property may occur, and while we try to notify guests in advance, we cannot control or refund for external noise from neighboring activity. The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation without refund if there is evidence of house rule violations, fraudulent activity, or behavior that threatens the safety, property, or quiet enjoyment of other residents.
