The house has central A/C and heat, a medium sized fenced in backyard with deck, and a 2 car garage. The home also has a good sized driveway that can fit up to 4 additional vehicles comfortably. Extra parking on the street. There is also a 4th room for office/music space. Rent is $1000 for the room signed with a year lease.
