House is situated a few houses down from the intersection of 11th and Kenyon St. It's a five minute walk from the metro, as well as all of the great Columbia Heights retail (restaurants, fast food, Target, LIDL, Giant, etc.). Closer, on 11th ST, the house is a 2 minute walk from fine dining restaurants like Queen's English as well as popular nightlife spots like Wonderland Ballroom.
Apartment is available immediately, year lease minimum, and goes for $1500.
Utilities split equally with rest of house tenants.
