The living room has lots of room for lounging and a nook for an entertainment center or library. There is a balcony for enjoying those lovely summer evenings and a good sized storage closet for all your toys off the balcony. Heating is electric in wall. The complex is quiet and well managed with a mix of owners and renters. From your home you can walk or bike to downtown, City Market, several parks, the river trail and bus stops for the Fort and Purgatory. We, ( the owners) manage it ourselves so you don't have to deal with an impersonal agency. Rent includes water sewage and trash, you only pay for electric and internet/cable. The unit has a dedicated parking spot and there is ample guest parking as well as bike racks. We are looking for quiet, mellow, responsible, clean people to call this place home. We would like to limit occupancy to two people. Because of the balcony it is not suitable for young children. Non-smokers please and no smoking anything in the house.
