It is located in the Central Business District of New Orleans and is a short ride to the French Quarter and Bourbon St.
Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Smoking is not allowed in the unit/house as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
Free street parking is available in front of the property on a first-come, first-served basis.
