We collect the first and last month's rent if renting longer than one month. We are comfortable with month-to-month or up to a one-year lease. This is a no-pet, no-smoking property. The renter will have their own parking spot at the apartment entrance. The apartment is located in the basement of our home and the renter accesses the property from the alley behind the house. Income, rental history, criminal background check, and references will all be considered. This is a one-person studio apartment. Subletting is not allowed.
