You will have own private loft area in your room and private brand new en-suite bathroom. Brand new central air and heat. Access to washer, dryer, spare refrigerator in the garage, kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, but no dishwasher) and all shared space. Rent includes utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, internet) within normal usage. Will share the cost of kitchen supplies (dishwashing detergent, paper towels, etc) among roommates as needed. You must clean up after yourself. There will be 2 other roommates in the house, so total of 3 people living together. Free driveway parking or street parking outside the gate.
